Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment
is confirmed.
Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders placed during promotions, holidays, or
high-volume periods may require additional processing time. You will receive a shipping confirmation
email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available to your address)

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for
tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
Centric Aroma is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, weather conditions,
incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Centric Aroma is not responsible for
orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address
errors may require an additional shipping fee to resend.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Centric Aroma is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Customers are
encouraged to check with their local carrier or post office if an issue arises.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of
the damaged item and packaging.
Fragrance & Body-Care Products Disclaimer
Due to the nature of fragrance oils and body-care products, all items are securely packaged. Exposure
to temperature changes during transit may affect appearance but not product quality.
